By accessing or using nuovid.com(“Nuovid”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Nuovid provides AI-powered video generation. The service is currently in pre-launch (waitlist) mode. Features, pricing, and availability may change before general release.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nuovid to generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, or that violates third-party rights including intellectual property and privacy. You retain ownership of prompts you submit; generated outputs are subject to the underlying model providers' terms. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules — violations may result in prompt rejection or account termination without refund.
4. Account & Data
For the waitlist, we collect your email address only. We do not sell or share your email. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuovid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
